Where it all started…
Our reunions are a tribute to the family members who laid the foundation for this beautiful tradition. Their vision, heart, and love for this family have shaped the remarkable bond we share today, even across the pond! Though they are no longer with us, their spirit lives on in each and every one of us, as we'll soon see in September.
As we gather in Marlow, we'll lift our glasses to those who started it all—who knew, from the very beginning, that the strength of a family lies in the unity of its members. Let’s honor them by carrying forward their legacy of togetherness!

The Marlow Hotel offers endless possibilities for walks along the River Thames, trips into London, Windsor and Henley, as well as retail therapy in Marlow's boutiques.

To cover the cost of this special event, we have bundled all costs together into one total amount. Inevitably, the provision of music and dance floor is going to incur some additional expense as will the provision of a small amount of room setup and decoration. To make it easier for you to participate in this special family reunion, we’ve broken down the total cost per person into manageable payments. By securing your spot with a deposit, you’ll be able to lock in your attendance and then pay the balance in installments leading up to the events.
Deposit Breakdown:
Due December 1: All initial deposit payments of £15.00/adult were paid to the Crowne Plaza on December 6.
Due March 1: £56.40/adult
Due August 1: £28.60/adult

While the reunion itself will be full of opportunities to reconnect with family, we highly recommend exploring the beautiful town of Marlow and its surroundings. Marlow is located on the River Thames and offers a charming mix of natural beauty, historic sites, and fun experiences for all ages. Whether you're looking for leisurely walks, cultural excursions, or adventure, there’s something for everyone!
Here are a few must-see attractions and day excursions you can enjoy:
Legoland Windsor
(35-minute drive)
If you’re traveling with children, LEGOLAND Windsor is a fantastic day out. With rides, interactive exhibits, and shows, it’s an exciting and family-friendly destination.
Thames River Cruise
Experience the beauty of the River Thames on a relaxing cruise. You can book a guided boat tour that takes you through some of the most scenic stretches of the river, offering fantastic views of local landmarks.
Cliveden House
(20-minute drive)
Set in 376 acres of National Trust land, Cliveden is one of England’s most magnificent stately homes. The gardens are a wonder to explore, with terraced lawns, woodland walks, and beautiful riverside views.
Henley-On-Thames
(25-minute drive)

Marlow High Street & River Thames
Take a stroll down the picturesque Marlow High Street, filled with boutique shops, cafes, and charming pubs. Stop for a coffee or afternoon tea at one of the many cafes along the River Thames and enjoy views of the iconic Marlow Suspension Bridge.
Marlow Suspension Bridge
This historic bridge, dating back to the 19th century, is a symbol of the town. It spans the River Thames and connects Marlow to the neighboring town of Bisham. It's the perfect spot for a family photo or a peaceful walk along the riverbanks.

There are no more rooms available via the hotel booking link?
If you encounter any errors while attempting to reserve a room, please email Pam at craig.ps@btinternet.com or send a message in the Reunion chat. We will connect with our hotel liaison to refresh the block.
Are there any scheduled events on Friday or Sunday?
There are no formal plans for Friday or Sunday. We hope to gather on Friday evening in the hotel and share a meal or a drink. On Sunday, many may connect over breakfast before departing. Although this is intended as a two night event, we understand that not everyone will be able to attend for the two nights. You are welcome to arrive on Saturday (check-in: 3:00pm) and in plenty of time for the evening's celebrations.
Are meals included in the reunion cost?
The only meal included in the reunion cost is our Saturday night dinner. All other meals are at your own expense. Please note that your sleeping room does include breakfast in the hotel's main restaurant!
Am I able to submit photos & videos?
Great question! Please connect with Lisa on photos/videos. These will likely be uploaded/shared in WhatsApp.
Where shall I send my reunion deposits?
Please refer to the banking details Pam provided in the Reunion chat. IMPORTANT: Please be sure to use the latest bank details (and not those previously used) as Pam has now arranged a new designated Reunion account to handle all of the expenses associated with our gathering.
When is payment for the room due?
Payment for your sleeping room will not be due until 28 days prior to your check-in date. Our discounted rate should be available until that date as well (28 days prior).
